Think you’re not flexible enough to do yoga? There’s no such thing! Come along for a relaxing and gentle flow with a focus on awareness, to get out of your head and into your body for a while. This class is trauma-sensitive yoga and is suitable for beginners. Every body’s different, and every body is perfect just the way it works – however it works.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. The class will be held barefoot. If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it, but there will also be mats available for use. If you have any health problems or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, please let the teacher know before the class.
